OLDTOWN — Wilkinson Rentals holds first place in the Thursday Niters league here after improving its record to 51-33 Feb. 1. Odds & Ends and Area 51 are tied for second place at 47-37, with Vacant Team in third at 39-45, Plain Nasty’s 36-48, and Hi-Rollers 32-52. Ralph LaGrand scored a 197 men’s high scratch game, 585 high handicap series, and tied Karl Green with a 221 high handicap game. James Huling rolled a 529 high scratch series. Liz Pope dominated the ladies categories with a 186 high scratch game, 243 high handicap game, and 638 high handicap series. Sara Goss earned a 504 high scratch series. Hi-Rollers scored a 668 high team scratch game and 1870 high team scratch series, while Area 51 put up an 872 high team handicap game and 2474 high team handicap series. Converted splits included: Arlo Hoisington 4-5-8-10, Sharon Smith 4-5, and Green 5-7.
